Dr. Karen Matthews is Distinguished Professor of Psychiatry and Professor of Epidemiology, Psychology, and Clinical and Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh, where she has served as the Program Director of the Cardiovascular Behavioral Medicine Research Training Program since 1983.
