Wesley Sowers, MD is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and an expert in addiction medicine. He serves as the Director of the Center for Public Service Psychiatry at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital. In collaboration with state-wide participants of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Leadership Council, the Center is a proponent of recovery-oriented systems of care and the ideals of whole-person health.
Mark Beuger, MD is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and is a member of the UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital's Community Treatment Team, which offers outreach and community-based mental health services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
