Research Resources Revue Promotes Collaboration and Highlights the Department’s Broad Array of Resources and Expertise Available to Investigators
The Department of Psychiatry welcomed faculty and postdoctoral researchers to its inaugural Research Resources Revue on March 21st at the University Club in Oakland. The Revue provided a unique venue for Psychiatry faculty and postdoctoral researchers to interact with other investigators at all stages of their careers and to learn more about the wide array of resources available to help them develop their own research activities. An interactive poster session provided information on multiple topics including longitudinal subject cohorts available for new studies, large datasets for secondary analyses, new imaging systems, machine learning approaches, strategies for research subject recruitment, and apps for research. Participants enjoyed socializing and discussing their interests at a reception hosted by the Department following the Revue.
