Molecular Mechanisms of Vesicular Dopamine Release in Psychiatric Disorders

The Senior Vice Chancellor's Seminar Series will feature the research of Department of Psychiatry faculty member Dr. Zachary Freyberg at noon on Friday, March 16th. We hope you will join your colleagues from Psychiatry and other University departments for this special lecture. 

Dr. Freyberg's research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of vesicular dopamine release in psychiatric disorders, including antipsychotic drug-induced metabolic side effects. His current work is funded by a K08 career development award from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, a PRMRP Investigator-Initiated Research Award from the Department of Defense, and an INSTRUCT Structural Biology Consortium Award from the European Union.
