Simple Rules for Better Sleep

An innovative brief behavioral treatment intervention for insomnia continues to garner national attention. The therapy, developed by Daniel J. Buysse, M.D., Professor of Psychiatry and Clinical and Translational Science, and his colleagues was featured recently in the Health section of the New York Times.
