Danella Hafeman, MD, PhD Selected Winner
of 2011 NIMH Outstanding Resident Award

Congratulations to Dr. Danella Hafeman on her selection as a 2011 National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Outstanding Resident Award winner. This award honors psychiatric residents with outstanding academic potential that have entered their PGY-III level by December 2011.  The Institute will present Dr. Hafeman with the award at a formal program at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus in Bethesda, Maryland on October 6-7, 2011.  As an award winner, Dr. Hafeman will receive a travel stipend to attend the program in Bethesda, will present a 10-15 minute talk regarding her research, and will have the opportunity to meet with NIMH branch chiefs, faculty members and clinical fellows, as well as tour the NIMH facilities in the Clinical Center
