Clinical Programs Welcome New Faculty
Department of Psychiatry Welcomes New Faculty
The Department of Psychiatry-Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic (WPIC) is pleased to welcome the following physicians to the faculty:
Christopher R. Doebbelstein, MD, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. After earning his MD at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Dr. Doebbelstein completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the Rush University Medicine Center a one-year fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at the George Washington University Medical Center. Dr. Doebbelstein provides services in the WPIC Primary Care Clinic, Diagnostic Evaluation Center and the Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Service.
Alexis M. Fertig, MD, MPH, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. Dr. Fertig is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine and the WPIC Triple Board Residency Training Program. Dr. Fertig is providing services at the WPIC Behavioral Medicine Services Program.
Jody B. Glance, MD, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. Dr. Glance earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed the psychiatry residency training program at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. She is a member of the WPIC Addiction Medicine Services faculty.
Michael J. Marcsisin, MD, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. Dr. Marcsisin is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the WPIC Residency Training Program. He serves as an attending psychiatrist at the WPIC Comprehensive Recovery Services (CRS)
