Christopher Martin, PhD Receives UPPDA Postdoctoral Advocate Award
Congratulations to Christopher S. Martin, PhD, Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology, on his receipt of the 2011 Postdoctoral Advocate Award by the University of Pittsburgh Postdoctoral Association (UPPDA). Since 2004, the UPPDA Executive Board has selected a member of the University of Pittsburgh community who has demonstrated a profound, sustained, or leadership contribution to the Postdoctoral Association to receive this award. Dr. Martin was recognized by the UPPDA for his significant contributions to the organization over the past 5 years, including his regular participation at UPPDA events and his involvement as a member of the UPPDA Faculty Advisory Board. Dr. Martin will be honored by the UPPDA for being a champion of postdoctoral training and professional development for other faculty and administrators at their Sixth Annual Postdoctoral Data & Dine Symposium in June 2011.
