On September 25, 2020 we will be featuring a timely Clinical Grand Rounds focusing on what we've learned as we've addressed providing mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Four of the Department's clinical experts, Drs. Nolan Hughes, Eva Szigethy, James Tew, Jr., Robin Valpey, and their colleague, Dr. Christopher Watson from the VA Pittsburgh Health Care Center, will offer perspectives on managing behavioral health services during the pandemic and will lead an interactive discussion with attendees. We are pleased to welcome John Rubenstein, MD, PhD to the University of Pittsburgh as our special guest to present the Irene Jakab Lecture this year.

This special virtual event will replace the 2020 Research Day. The program features presentations by some of our outstanding research faculty representing a wide range of research initiatives.

The Brain, Behavior and Cancer Seminar Series welcomes Dr. Robin Valpey for a special presentation on October 22, 2020 at noon.

The Pitt Psychiatry Meet the PI lecture series continues on October 23rd when we will feature the research of Dean Salisbury, PhD, Professor of Psychiatry, 
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
