Election to Executive Subcommittee

Jason Rosenstock, MD Elected to School of Medicine Curriculum Executive Subcommittee

Dr. Jason Rosenstock, Associate Professor of Psychiatry, has been elected to the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Curriculum Executive Subcommittee.

The Curriculum Committee was organized in 1991 as a standing committee of the faculty with student representation and was given responsibility and authority for all four years of medical student education.  The committee evaluates the current curriculum, assesses teaching, and facilitates the planning and implementation of curricular innovations.  The Executive Subcommittee meets weekly to screen and highlight issues for the larger committee, and it serves as the first contact for approval of internal or external research studies involving medical students.
