Physician Services Division Selects Department Faculty
for Leadership and Management "Mini-MBA" Program
The UPMC Physician Services Division (PSD) has selected three members of the Department of Psychiatry faculty to participate in the 2012 Physician Leadership and Management ?Mini-MBA? Certificate Program.
Drs. Daniel Buysse, Roberto Ortiz-Aguayo and James Tew were selected by PSD for this highly competitive program from a large pool of applicants. The 12-week program is a collaborative venture between the Physician Services Division and the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. It is based on the current "Mini-MBA" program in the Katz Executive Education MBA (EMBA) Program. The Katz programs are consistently ranked in the top 5% of all MBA programs worldwide by US News, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and the Financial Times of London.
