The panel, consisting of specialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Perinatal Psychiatry, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, review critical concepts which inform the treatment of this patient. Concepts covered include hospital admission/therapeutic abortion/induction of labor for psychiatric reasons,  gestational treatment with SSRI and benzodiazepines, obsessions influencing adherence to psychotropics and use of medical services, and tackling treatment-interfering, crisis behaviors.
