Our AACE Track residents have ample opportunity to learn from mentors and a forum for professional socialization and support. Our Department and the UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital are home to some of the most gifted clinician-educators in the country who are committed to mentoring the next generation of clinician-educators, preparing them to take the next step in their academic and clinical careers.
“My experience with faculty mentorship through the AACE track has been wonderful. This mentorship has been invaluable to my AACE project, from the project's conceptualization to its implementation. Furthermore, my faculty mentors have truly encouraged my development and growth as a clinician educator and as a psychiatrist. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with such dedicated, thoughtful individuals through the AACE Track.”
