Please join us on Monday, March 13, 2017 as the University of Pittsburgh honors Dr. Beatriz Luna and we celebrate her appointment as the Staunton Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh.  Dr. Luna will deliver a Provost Inaugural Lecture on Exploring the Sculting of the Adolescent Brain: Neuroimaging Studies of Cognitive Maturation, beginning at 4:00pm in Lecture Room 6 of Scaife Hall.  A special reception with light refreshments will immediately follow the lecture.

Dr. Luna is the founder and director of the Laboratory of Neurocognitive Development, a state of the art research program focusing on changes that occur in brain function that subserve the maturation of cognition by bridging developmental psychiatry and neuroscience.
