Professional Liability Insurance
Hospital malpractice insurance coverage provided in accordance with Pennsylvania state mandated levels of coverage.
Vacation
PGY1 residents have available to them twelve (12) vacation days and five (5) conference days. Residents in post graduate years 2 through 6 are allotted seventeen (17) vacation days and five (5) conference days.
Holidays
WPIC recognizes ten (10) holidays during the year.
Educational Allowance
Each resident receives an annual allowance of $920 per academic year for the purchase of books, payment of conference fees, or reimbursement of other educational expenses.
